Bloggers nowadays are thought to be extremely reliable. Blogging at present is not just about venting out frustrations through writing anymore, nor describing (to no one in particular) how your day went, even though it is only you who understands. I've owned dozens of different blogs ever since I was in grade school all through high school. I've lived through Xanga hackers and LiveJournal issues. But when I stepped into the world of college and frighteningly new experiences, I just knew I had to keep on blogging, whether or not my posts would be welcomed.
I am amazed by the number of different types of bloggers.
I tried to be a fashion blogger, but my busy schedule did not permit me to take daily pictures of what I was wearing for the betterment of my readers. It would have been a great experience becoming successful in that type of industry (what with all of the event invites and promos my fashion blogger friends are showered with). But I realized that I would rather not put my face on my blog everyday. People are creepy in this day and age, and stalking is such a trend, it's not even looked down upon anymore. Also, repeating clothes is my thing! Cheers!
I cannot by the life of me ever be a food blogger. Knowing me and my non-autonomous self, I would simply take pictures of all of the food I'd eat and describe them as, "OH MY GOD, THAT WAS SO GOOD."
I love weddings, and when I came across Bride & Breakfast, I knew I could never be as good a wedding blogger as her. Visit the site, future wannabe brides! You will end up saving the pictures as pegs for your own weddings. At least... that's what I've been doing.
There are other kinds of bloggers out there (music bloggers, motor vehicle bloggers, literary bloggers, cultural bloggers, etc.), but I simply brand myself as a writer/blogger, no specific daily theme, no restrictions, just the truth. I'd like to branch out further as cultural blogger, because writing about anything and everything is my passion. Hopefully, though, I get to find a distinct writing style for myself that everyone can appreciate.
Why the sudden interest in bloggers?
I was invited to attend the Blogger's Congress in De La Salle University (where I go to school), and I absolutely cannot wait to learn about everyone and everything in the blogging world. If you're a fellow blogger... see you there!

Cheers to repeating clothes! If its nice, then wear it a 100x! haha
ReplyDeleteI have no focus either, I'm just really random. haha Tell me how it goes Ellabanana!
I know right! Why waste good clothes by just limiting them to a one-day wear? :P

Ah, sana I can come too! Is it free? How does it work? I'm really interested :)
