Crissa // DD6 // Meg Face Search

I haven't been posting in awhile, all because of the busy week I just had! It was all worth it, though. It's extremely difficult cramming & balancing academics (since it's our second out of two weeks of finals this week) with compet training, not to mention costume committee tasks. Last week, all I'd been doing was submitting papers & projects, buying materials & making costumes, doing library work, and training really intensely!

Everything paid off last night as LSDC-Street's women won first runner-up at the Crissa Dance Synergy Finals Year 6 held at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall! It was a tremendous blessing dancing with my girl teammates, who I felt so comfortable dancing with onstage. Kudos to Coach Mycs and everybody in my team for their undying support. We just had so much fun out there and had a great--albeit, long--day together. Congratulations to the winning high school teams, as well as the college champions, College of St. Benilde Romancion Dance Company! It was such a reunion last night, since I was competing against two of my former AC Dance Troupe teammates (who were part of the CSB team), and since a former teammate and my former Legit coach were also part of the teams' roster!

I know I said I wouldn't be posting personal pictures here, but it was just too good of a night all captured on camera! :)

I ended the night with a wonderful, fun, very Christmassy dinner at Alabang with the extended Cubo family.

Since the Crissa finals are over, we have a few more team competitions to look forward to, not to mention our annual upcoming concert, Danz Dish 6! Training starts this week and I just cannot wait to get started.
