I was extremely enthralled at having been able to experience the first-ever Starbucks drive-thru here in the Philippines, just last night. My boyfriend and I drove over there and definitely did not mind waiting in line! I was so overwhelmed that I became quite the tourist and asked him to take pictures of everything. Being the nosy and overly-friendly person I am, I spent time chatting with the barista, who--to my good impression--told me that their new building is made entirely out of eco-friendly materials! I'm loving Starbucks even more.
The air at night, nowadays, is chilly with Christmas anticipation. This is my favorite time of the year, and I know that once the Starbucks planners and the collecting of stickers begins, that the holidays are just around the corner. Blessed that I am, I finally get to spend the most romantic time of the year with someone. It excites me, but makes me anxious as well, cos I've had bad experiences with getting my hopes up.
On a lighter note, we decided to do something different to commemorate the past six months. We sat in my car, watched the sky and talked endlessly about everything, and, to my own surprise, had a few beers. Life is exciting when things aren't planned out ahead, and I'm really lucky to have somebody, ironically, plan out our spontaneity.
